Do you think they should have used a Firebird instead of a new Shelby Mustang to keep the new Knight Rider tv movie more nostalgic? (Why?)

New Website, need some help with bugs...

Journal Entry: Mon May 12, 2008, 12:32 PM
Hey everyone!
I just got my new site up early this morning, [link]. There are a few bugs I can figure out. But what I can't figure out is why it displays properly for the most part in Safari, but horribly in Firefox. If anyone can help with it, please let me know. Thanks.

My awesomely cool animator girlfriend/ Cannes

Journal Entry: Thu May 8, 2008, 4:16 PM
Hey everyone, I'm finally rested up from the NY Comic Con. It wore me out. I uploaded a few new pieces.

Anyways, I just wanted to make you all aware that my awesomely talented girfriend :iconanimator-who-draws: is now a Deviant Art member!

She's gonna be the one bringing home the cash, while I sit back and draw "funny books."

Check out her stuff, I don't think you can upload video to DA, so we will be putting some of her work on Youtube asap. Right now she has a top secret project she is animating, which is wayyy cool. I can say anything about it because I don't want her getting into trouble.

Also, a film that she worked on, "Trip to the Planetarium" is in this year's Cannes Film Festival. Its sooo cool. She's definitely going places.

Ok, back to work.

Seeya peeps.

Catch me at the con at the Heavy Proton Booth #2255, and the Joe Kubert School booth!

Edit:
I forgot to mention my table number and whatnot. Anyways, I'll be at the Heavy Proton Booth with ~jeffclemens and Bill Rees. The booth is number 2255. I'll also be at the Joe Kubert School booth on Saturday evening for an hour, I'll let you know the exact time later.

Hey everyone! The NY Comic Con is gonna be here in no time flat! My sketchbook "Splat-tacular: Hot Babes and Cool Cars Vol. 1" is finished and hopefully I will have the copies in time for the show. If you want a copy let me know, I only had enough to print 15 initial copies, but I'll be getting more eventually. This won't be a one-time book, I'll print them up as long as they are wanted. The second volume will be out for the San Diego Comic Con.

So, this will be my first time having a table at one of the bigger cons. It'll be interesting and fun. I can't wait to see some of my buds, like David Nakayama, Mark Sparacio (Mark painted the cover to my first published work, Alpha-Omega Comics' "Spirit," I penciled and inked the interior), and Billy Tucci (haven't talked to him in a while anyone know if he'll be there?). I'm also looking forward to meeting many other artists that I haven't before. I soo wanna meet Christina Strain.. I love her colors. I'll be showing my portfolio around as well. I'll see some of you guys Monday, others I won't. Have a good weekend everyone, and if you happen to be at the NY Comic Con next weekend, look for the poster that is similar to my sketchbook cover, and stop and say hi.... oh, yeah, and possibly buy something. I'll have a bunch of prints, and the sketchbooks. See ya!

And don't forget to pick up a copy of Splat-tacular Vol. 1: Hot Babes and Cool Cars! If I run out I'll be taking orders. I'll also have prints available and will be doing sketches and taking commissions. I may bring some originals to sell as well.

Sick and stoked about NY Comic Con

Journal Entry: Thu Mar 13, 2008, 9:42 PM
What's up dudes and dudettes?

I'm getting over a cold. Its totally sucked. Didn't draw for like 2 days, no bueno, seriously.

I'm gradually getting better. I don't get sick often, but when I do, its like a case that House would take.

Anyways, I just wanted to say that I will be at the NY Comic Con on April 18-20.

I'll be sharing a booth with my buddy Jeff Clemens and a writer he's working with by the name of Bill Reese.

The booth/ table is listed under Heavyproton booth #2255

I'll have sketchbooks and prints and be doing sketches and taking commissions.

I hope to see you guys there.

Geeking out...

Journal Entry: Wed Mar 5, 2008, 12:22 AM
Have you ever had that moment where you say eff it, I don't care anymore, this is too cool I'm gonna geek out? I had that moment the other day when I stumbled across one of my hugest artistic influences, J. Scott Campbell, here on DA. I don't remember who's page I saw him on, it may have been on Mark Brooks', but it could've been someone else.

Anyways, like I said, J. Scott Campbell.... huuuuge influence on me. I've never had the cajones to approach him at a con, for fear of geeking out and totally embarrassing myself.

I don't consider myself a "fanboy," in actuality they turn me off of comics, but its guys like Jeff that draw me back... see what I did there?

I'm hoping he'll be at the NY Con, I've got to meet the dude, and personally thank him for all of the great work he has done, and the impact it has had on me.

I just hope I don't eff it up by being a total dork.
